The hotel's proximity to the Spanish Steps proved useful. Many key attractions were easily accessible by foot, saving on transportation costs. The staff displayed genuine warmth and a willingness to help with any request. I also found the hotel very secure, providing an added sense of ease.
The outdated fixtures in the bathroom need some improvements. The shower and tap knob was loose.

The location was acceptable since it was near the Spanish Steps.
The room reeked of a musty smell. The cupboard also had water damage. It did not feel like a 4-star hotel..
